Are you ready to design the data platforms of tomorrow?

We're seeking a Microsoft Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale data and analytics transformations using the full power of Microsoft Fabric. This is hands-on architecture work—designing end-to-end solutions, mentoring teams, and delivering real impact for Fortune 500 clients.

What you'll do:

• Design and architect enterprise data platforms using Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Intelligence)
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and implement Medallion Architecture best practices
• Create compelling Power BI semantic models and dashboards that drive business decisions
• Define data governance, security, and lineage strategies with Microsoft Purview
• Lead client workshops, architecture reviews, and solution delivery engagements
• Mentor technical teams and establish standards for architecture and code quality
• Optimize performance across Spark workloads, warehouses, and analytics platforms

What we're looking for:

• Deep Microsoft Fabric expertise (all core components)
• Proven solution architecture and enterprise data platform experience
• Strong SQL, Python/PySpark, and DAX skills
• Experience with Delta Lake, Medallion patterns, and modern data architectures
• Ability to mentor teams and manage stakeholder expectations
• Passion for solving complex data and analytics challenges
