·       10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Technical support and DevOps.

·       Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, inbound/outbound interfaces, Unix commands, and shell scripting.

·       Oracle Web ADI, Forms, Forms Personalization

·       AME, Oracle Workflow

·       BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Noetix

·       Technical & Ops Tools: WinSCP, PuTTY, TOAD, SQL Developer, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Splunk, Dynatrace, Remedy, Citrix

·       Collaboration & Documentation: Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA

·       Experience implementing DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, version control, monitoring, and configuration management.

·       Hands on exposure to Jenkins, Bitbucket, and related build/deployment pipelines.

·       Strong functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement.

·       Experience managing Oracle Support SRs and participating in OWC sessions.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross functional initiatives.
