Job Title: Business System Analyst – Auto Finance

Duration: 6 months

Location: Plano, TX

                  H1b and h4 ead only with PP number

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Auto Finance systems to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial processes, digital payments, and integration across enterprise systems, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for financial and payment-related applications.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA, to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Analyze current system capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Support implementation, UAT, and production validation of new features and system enhancements.
  • Maintain strong understanding of industry trends in digital payments, financial systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Facilitate workshops, conduct gap analysis, and prepare process flow and data mapping documentation.
  • Provide domain expertise in Payment Processing, Reconciliation, Ledger Management, and Financial Reporting systems.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong background in Auto Finance domain.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments, ideally within automotive financial services or OEM finance organizations.
  • Proficient in requirements elicitation, BRD/FSD documentation, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and middleware platforms supporting financial and payment applications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
