New issue 67 by r...@mediamonks.net: when resolving a server name returns
an IPv6 address dircproxy fails to try the IPv4 address for the same host

When connecting to an IRC server by host and that host resolves to both
IPv6 and IPv4 addresses, dircproxy chokes on the IPv6 address (protocol
not available) and will not try the IPv4 address.
