ask about setting value for resolution in each registration stage

Hi, I would like to know if there is a way I can set resolution parameter  for each stage of deformation registration. I don't see the option in 'iteration control parameter'. Moreover, what is the 'default' resolution parameter (1x, 2x, etc.)
