Hello,

When I run reg3dgui(im1,im2) from the command line and manually run
deformable registration, I get reasonable results; however, if I try
to completely run the process through the command line with something
like

[mvy,mvx,mvz,i1vx]=multigrid_nogui6(2,im1,im2,[],4),

the returned deformation values are noisy and aren't very physical. Is
there something I am doing wrong at the command line?

Thanks,
Neil

My suggest is to use method 1 instead of method 2.
Do you previously have successful results with method 2 with GUI?

Hello,

[mvy,mvx,mvz,i1vx]=multigrid_nogui6(2,im1,im2,[],4),

Thanks,
Neil

Hello,

I actually have been trying with method 22, but there is the added
problem that this always fails from the command line because
iteration_smoothing_setting does not exist. The only methods I can
apply without running into this problem are 2, 3, 4, 11, 15, 30, 31,
and 32.

I think I can fix this by passing smoothing_settings into
reg_method_dispatch on lines 281, 284, and 286 of multigrid_nogui6. I
tried this and tried running with method 22, but it also doesn't give
meaningful results.

Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks!
Neil
