paint function doesn't work

I remembered that I used the paint function to paint organs in both
image sets, but this function doesn't work any more after I update the
new version of DIRART. If I remember it correctly, I can chose which
structure I want to paint and assign a CT number for it. Can someone
please help me to make this function work again? Thank you very much
for any input!
