Resubmit jobs to a specific site

Hi,
Some of jobs in transformation tasks failed with high memory
requirements. Is there a way to resubmit these failed jobs to the site
with high memory cores? As I know, "reschedule" can only randomly choose
a site.
Any such cases in other experiments? Any convenient ways?
