self.__getConnection() in MySQL

Hi,

There is something strange I stumbbled upon now:
https://github.com/DIRACGrid/DIRAC/blob/integration/Core/Utilities/MySQL.py#L996

This method seems to NOT use any of the arguments passed to it... Is this normal? In that case, Can I fix the doc?
