Ihave an iPhone 5 s and iOs 8.4 - basically viber can only see the last 5 pictures in my camera roll. Whatsapp is working fine. I have turned on all permissions etc.., deleted & re-installed Viber numerous times to no avail. Viber support hasn't been able to help so far.

I have done all that. Like I said above, all permissions are on in iphone settings & the viber settings. Viber support said all that to me but I've already double checked & triple checked. That's why i deleted and re-installed the app. Any other suggestions??

I have a problem with the notification sound from the Messenger application, Viber ... I've tried all possible system settings, no results ... I can not turn off camera shutter sound, there are no more options in camera settings.. It is look like a problem with Samsung 9.0 generally?

Lol, this post is over two years old, but it solved my problem. Well, to be more specific, it solved my dad's problem. I'm visiting for Christmas, and he mentioned that his Facebook Messenger app had stopped playing the default notification sound when he would get a message. I'd looked at every single notification setting on his phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing worked. Finally, I googled "samsung galaxy note 9 facebook messenger sound not working" and this thread was the 4th search result. Sure enough, he had the Clean Master app installed on his phone. I uninstalled it and he now has sound with his Facebook Messenger notifications again. Thank you for your suggestion!

I have installed Viber (Rakuten Viber) 7.0 on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS on HP laptop 4PN36EA#BED. The audio is working perfectly, the video from the other side is working while on my side the camera is not recognized even more in settings for Video: "Hardware not found". Interesting is that if I start the Ubuntu application "Cheese" the camera is working without problems.

I tried installing Viber in 20.04 using Ubuntu Software and the results were miserable: it would not recognise the USB camera, despite allowing it via the Permissions. I uninstalled it and installed the proper deb package and it works perfectly. Conclusion: avoid snap installation.
