Reducing Email Traffic and Plan Going Forward

Good Morning Eco Champs!

Just a heads up, every Wednesday from next week, Sara will be putting in a conversation prompt/discussion topic for you all to participate in if you wish.

Of course, feel free to put your own questions in at any time!

If you would like to reduce the amount of email traffic you are receiving and would rather just have a daily summary or you wish to receive no emails and just want to participate if you happen to check the group - see instructions on how to change your settings below. If you struggle with this, just send me a message and I will sort it out on our side.

1. Open any email from the Google Group.

2. At the bottom of the email, click “Change email settings”.

3. You can then choose one of the following options:

• Each email – receive every message as it is posted

• Digest – receive one daily summary email of all messages

• Abridged – receive a summary of conversations (about once a day)

• No email – read messages only when you visit the group online
