Harjotsingh Ensure Device and apps up to date. If so reboot the device to see if that makes any difference. However possibly will be running a bit low on memory, check this guide to see if you can free up any space -devices/how-to-free-up-space-on-samsung-mobile-phone-when-...

I have gone through every troubleshooting method possible that it forced me to factory reset my phone and it's still terrible. my phone is so laggy and basically unusable. i have samsung s10. can someone possibly explain the issue?

When I turn on my S7's bluetooth to connect to Galaxy Buds through Galaxy Wearable, I immediately get the message: "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped." Upon pressing 'OK' the screen will flicker and then go black.

I just bought buds last night for my Samsung S7 Active and experienced the same issue. I opened lid, and I get a System UI stoppwed working, I press OK and the screen flashes black and back until I close the lid.

I was able to solve my issue by upgrading my OS from Android 6 (Marshmellow) to Android 7 (Nougat?). I believe the issue is the samsung buds open a overlay on your screen when you open the lid, and that overlay appears to not be supported by the Marshmellow System UI. Since Android 7 has a whole new display and layout, I assume they upgraded the System UI in that release which is compatabile with the buds overlay. This is a complete guess here since I am a computer tech, not a cell phone tech.

Rei, thanks for the reply, but I've done everything short of factory resetting my phone and nothing worked. I actually ended up deleting some of my user settings, and it was annoying getting them back to the way they were lol.

In my case, my Sumsung S7 was made for AT&T, but I switched over to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, this made it so software updates from AT&T were never pushed to my phone. Like you, I had Android 6.0. I went online and saw that AT&T stores were nortorious for not helping you update your firmware if you were no longer their customer, so my options were T-Mobile stores, Best Buys, or repair shops. T-Mobile stores had mixed reviews, as staff were frequently just there for sales and did not have much technical know-how and because the phone was AT&T by default added another layer of difficulty. Repair shops worked, but there usually was a fee involved. Best Buys with Samsung Experience did it for free!

So I went to Best Buy, but the one nearest to me unfortunately did not have a computer that they could use to update the software. The nice lady did redirect me to three Best Buys that did though. I went to one of them the next day, and the Samsung Experience expert there very kindly updated my phone. It took around an hour to do, and now my Galaxy Buds work!

Is there any way to get the Android emulator to run a system image other than vanilla Android? I'm developing an app that works fine on the emulator, a physical Huawei device and a physical Motorola device, but experiences some weird issues on a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Since I don't have physical access to a Galaxy S7, is there any way to run an emulator that actually runs the Samsung official ROM? Note that I'm not talking about an emulator skin, I'm talking about the actual system image.

Samsung has something called Remote Test Lab, which lets you access and control a real Samsung device online. You have to join the Samsung Developers programme, and then you can use these test devices. Samsung uses a credit-based system for this, and you get 20 free credits every day, which you can then use to run test devices. Running a Galaxy S7 for 30 minutes cost me 2 credits.

This actually works surprisingly well, and only slightly more lagging than the AVD. It is even possible to get Logcat output by connecting to the device with ADB (right click on the device window for options).

Hi everyone. I have two Sons Play:1 speakers and a Sonos Beam. I want to connect these to my Samsung Smart TV and use them as a surround sound system. I have been able to set them up as surrounds on the Sonos app but can only get the Beam to connect to the TV. Is it possible to get all three of my Sonos speakers to connect to my Samsung TV?

Watching this, as I seem to have the same issue. My Beam Gen 1 is bonded via the Sonos app with a pair of Sonos Play:1s for surround sound. Surround works for all music sources, as it should; but when I send sound from my Samsung TV (via HDMI Arc) to the Beam, no sound gets thrown wirelessly to the pair of Sonos Play:1s. Thanks for any advice.

Note: If you are using YouTube as a test, the vast majority of YouTube videos are stereo PCM, even if they are marked as DD 5.1 or Atmos. Pick a source which you know is surround, like Netflix, Disney+, or Prime.

But when I am watching basic digital cable (say, CNN from Verizon FiOS), I get no sound from the Play:1s. At the same time, the physical volume buttons on the Play1:s do control the sound that comes out of the Beam, as if I were using the TV remote.

Take the complexity out of the integration process: Create your project with a predefined template, configure the needed parameters, enable the desired signals, and check the communication between the gateway and the system.

The latest Intesis HVAC Compatibility Tool helps find the right gateway to integrate any HVAC system, by simply entering the brand and model. Users can also submit compatibility requests, so the information is updated regularly.

Personally I would avoid using APFS on an external drive unless you are going to install macOS 10.14+ on that drive. APFS is a new file system which is still experiencing growing pains. Many times the APFS file system becomes corrupt where Disk Utility First Aid is unable to repair it. Since Apple has not released the necessary AFPS documentation yet third party utilities are not available to repair APFS so this means you would need to transfer everything to another location and erase the drive in order to "fix" corrupt APFS file systems.

APFS should be much more reliable due to how it works plus it should work better with SSDs, but at this time I don't trust it for the reasons mentioned as I've seen APFS file system corruption occur way too much on our organization's Macs and Disk Utility could not repair it. This resulted in performance issues with the drive and with one drive it would cause kernel panics when connecting it to a Mac which made it extremely difficult to access the data.

If you need to use the proprietary Samsung software for the reasons @steve626 mentions, then make sure to keep this software up to date as a macOS update or upgrade may temporarily break the proprietary Samsung software causing you to temporarily lose access to the data until the software has been updated.

Normally, the T5 and T7 drives can be reformatted directly in Disk Utility brand new. I have formatted mine as GUID and one was HFS+ the other was APFS. However I recall reading about an instance where the "TOUCH" version of the drive (this is the one you have with a button you can push that performs functions via proprietary firmware) could not be formatted like this right out of the box; first the Samsung drive utility had to be downloaded and then from that the drive could be erased and reformatted for a Mac. Then the user could go back and use Disk Utility to re-reformat (HFS+ or APFS with GUID) it to make it a generic drive without the proprietary firmware embedded.
