Paula's Mexican Dip
1 Can Rotel, Drained
1 Can Black Beans, Drained
2 Cans Shoepeg Corn
1 Can Green Chilies
8 Ounces Philly Cream Cheese, Softened
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Chili Seasoning
In a colander combine Rotel, beans, corn and green chilies, rinse with
water & drain well.
Combine cream cheese with seasonings, mixing well.
Add to wet ingredients, miix well & serve with your favorite chips.
The key to this recipe is to keep everything drained.
