2 lb hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 cups cooked rice
1 pkg chow mein noodles
Brown hamburger. Stir in rest of ingredients except chow mein
noodles. Put in greased 9x13 pan. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake
at 375 for 45 minutes.
This was one of my husband's favorite childhood dishes and now ours.
