First thank you for reading my blog. Second, on my chocolate torte
(recipe and my alterations at the end of the article) were the changes
I made what caused it to be so rich? Are tortes suppose to be rich?
And on ganches does using bittersweet chocolate (which is what it
originally called for) verses dark make that big of a difference?
I tried to save time making the torte because my infant son was crying
off on on during the process. This recipe came from a very posh inn.
Maybe I just cut the peices to large. Your thoughts and critques?
