Hi,

Change the cell type of your probability map to be an integral (integer) cell type, such as int 32, int 16 etc.

If you are calculating the probability map using the Calc W Of Evidence Probability Map, just change the cell type of the result map. If you are generating a probability map, by hand, stretch the floating point values so that the probability 0.0 becomes 0 and probability 1.0 becomes the maximum integer value that can be represented by that cell type.
