Hello again from Dinaville, I hope your fall is getting started on the right foot. I'm back to get you excited about some fabulous performances in the offing.

Thursday, September 30 · 8:00pm - 11:00pm @ Viracocha, 998 Valencia St. "A candle-lit performance in the dungeon of a beautiful antique shop with special encore apperances by Laura Weinbach's Victorian silhouettes"  R&J opens at 8.

And here's the big news:  the album I recorded with Toby Summerfield and Eric Kuhn Last year, entitled Who Do You Suppose You Are?, will be hitting stores on October 12.  Yee ha!  (www.antephonic.com) There will be a bunch of local shows to get the word out, so please check www.myspace.com/dinamaccabeeband for the latest details. 10/10 (Sunday) In-Store Performance at Rasputin Records in Berkeley, time TBA.
10/16 (Saturday) @ Toad in the Hole Pub, Santa Rosa. Thanks to Amber Lee for setting up this great bill!
10/17 (Sunday) The Last Record Store, in Santa Rosa, in-store performance @ 2pm.
10/18 (Monday) @ the Knockout.  CD release! With a full band… part of the SMiLe series.
10/22 (Friday) @ Viracocha on a great Chasing the Moon bill, with the inimitable Roger Riedlbauer.
11/2 (Tuesday) @ Aubergine After Dark in Sebastopol.

I'm still working on some bookings for Southern California and Portland so if you're there and want to help.. holla!

If you want to watch me from the midst of a throng, I have the lucky opportunity perform at Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in Golden Gate Park this year on October 2.  Yee ha!  I'll be fiddling and singing with Evie Ladin (and band) at 6pm.  (more about evie at www.evieladin.com)  That great group also has performances coming up in Berkeley, Walnut Creek, and Ripon:

Cafe music at Tartine (18th and Guerrero) also continues, with 2 fridays in October fast approaching. Last month we introduced some new music to munch by, featuring Ramon and Jessica and the Evie Ladin Trio. October  ensembles and dates TBA, soon!

Next...some of you may have had the chance to catch the fun movie-with-live-music production known as My Grandmother, composed by Beth Custer, in previous years.  We're back…at a rather distinguished venue, as a prelude to our tour to Georgia (the country) this December.
