I know both the multi and mini increase movement speed, but I'm pretty curious to what they do exactly when it comes to the numbers. The reason I ask this is because I know mobility gets capped at 10 and both the multi and the mini add mobility. I'm now running 7 mobility + the multi and mini. I'm wondering if I should go to 6 or if I can even go to 8 with that setup.
