All UK and Off Shore deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday between 8:00 to 14:00, this excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. We do not deliver on weekends unless the Saturday option has been selected, however please note this service is not guaranteed.

A signature may be required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice. This may differ should there be any issues with your delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email). Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe space such as an outside bin. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you the parcel will be returned to us by the courier. Please note that if you specify delivery instructions to be followed if you are out, this could be to leave with a neighbour or a safe place on your property where your parcel can be left - this is at your own risk. DLSB cannot be held responsible for the loss of your parcel.
You will be issued with tracking information from your chosen service and can keep up to date with the status of your delivery by visiting the relevant site and entering the tracking information provided. Should you miss your delivery it will be returned to us. Additional postage charges may apply for re-deliveries.

Here at DLSB we take pride in providing the best service for our customers! We always aim to have your order processed, dispatched and in your hands as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch standard and express deliveries within 3 working days from the date the order was placed. However, this may be longer during busier periods and during promotions.
We also offer a Next Day Delivery service on orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday. This applies to working days only. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. The Saturday Delivery option is available on orders placed before 3pm on Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
As of January 2021, the UK is not part of the EU. Due to this, any deliveries to destinations outside the UK are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. You will be liable for applicable duties, fees and additional charges from customs. DLSB will not be held responsible to cover these charges.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be notified from both DLSB and the courier by email or SMS with relevant tracking information. Postage promotions available on our website are applicable for mainland UK customers only. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and all EU and Non-EU Countries are excluded from this in their entirety.
Within Europe and other worldwide locations (e.g. Brazil, United Arab Emirates, Canada) we offer a flat cost shipping of 15.00 for a tracked and insured service which takes 5-7 working days to receive from the date of dispatch. A signature is required upon delivery. Please note Royal Mail and local couriers are used for this delivery option.

There are 5 ways to return your item: Local drop off (Newcastle), Inpost Lockers, Royal Mail, Asda toyou store drop off or Asda Grocery delivery pick up. Please ensure to read our returns policy section below.
Priority Local Drop off returns
Free express returns available for our Dolls from Newcastle upon Tyne area. Simply bring items you'd like to return to our warehouse at:

Please ensure to include your invoice or a note with your order details within the return and that the return address is clear and cannot be confused with any other address (please cross out any previous addresses that could still be on the packaging).

Option 2 - Royal Mail - printable label only*
You will be emailed a label, if you do not have a printer you will be able to filter by 'Print returns label' and it will show you where you can go to print out your label. Remember to keep hold of your proof of postage receipt to track your parcel!
You will receive an email once your return is in transit and an email when your return has been processed and a refund has been issued. If you have a tracking number for your return and it has been received by us, your return will be in a queue awaiting processing - Please note processing can take up to 7-14 working days from the date received. We cannot refund unwanted items after 28 days from receiving your order.

We do not cover postage costs for items sent back via Special Delivery/Saturday Delivery etc as they are costlier and not needed when we offer alternative services stated above. All refunds are offered at the discretion of DLSB once inspected. DLSB reserves the right to refuse the refund of any item we suspect has been damaged, washed, worn or used.
RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition as you received them (unused, unworn, unwashed with the tags still intact) within 28 days of the receipt of your order for a refund. If this timeframe is exceeded, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept your return. If you try to make a return after 28 days your order will be sent back to the delivery address from your original order.
* Please note Beauty items, Underwear, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We cannot accept returns for matching fabric belts that have been washed. If you do return one of these items the cost of having this item sent back will be deducted from the rest of your return. If you don't return any other items in your order we will invoice you the postage, if this is not paid your item will not be refunded and we will destroy your item.
Processing Returns:
We aim to process your return and refund you within 14 days of having received the returned item. All returns will be refunded by way of the original payment method, and items will be refunded at the price they were purchased for.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Please be careful when trying on your items! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on item(s) that have been used, worn, soiled, washed or the tags removed. Any returns which are found to have make-up stains, perfume or fake tan on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please ensure all tags are intact and the item is in original condition with original packaging, this includes shoeboxes. All goods are inspected upon return and must be returned to DLSB in a saleable condition. The goods are your responsibility until they reach DLSB, so please make sure any returns are securely packaged and cannot get damaged on their way back to us. Please note: We cannot accept returns for matching fabric belts that have been washed. Beauty items, Underwear, Bodysuits, Swimwear, and Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
