Nitin really Nice cartoons m fan of it since my CSC days..

 

Meanwhile for Rajshekhar IT Managers or other managers in India are not guys who can manage People they can manage work/Assignments but don't have proper ability to manage ppl. Also their focus remains on profit maximization thru any means so they overlook the employee welfare part.

Although IT companies follow US culture of professionalism but they are not able to impart that in their employees/Managers.

The topic is debatable but at least we can laugh it off as Nitin is trying to thru Dil Se

so don't take it seriously just njoy :-)

 

P. S. I am also working as manager in an IT company(Perceived to be one of the best).

I’d second that thought. There is little we can do for our employees even if we want to, can only fight the upper management to an extent. Even though we are working as Managers today, Nitin’s cartoon’s remind me of being on other side of table few years ago.
