[Dillo-dev] Images Not Updating (Using Cache on Page Reload)

I just noticed, dillo_port1.3 using fltk-1.3 is not refreshing/reloading images
when page Reload is pressed.

The images I noticed not reloading are found on my weather forecast page:
http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?zoneid=AKZ222

(... thinking, this might be more in depth such as the images being embedded in
javascript or something which mitigates this issue.)

If you isolate the image, reload, and it displays the updated
image, then this is plain old BUG#462.
