[Dillo-dev] a-tags cant contain div-tags

Google Images currently contains <div> tags within <a> tags, so the
links no longer work:

HTML warning: line 2, Bad nesting: <a> can't contain <div>. --
closing <a>.
HTML warning: line 2, Unexpected closing tag: </a>

Perhaps we can relax this rule?
