My housemates will be leaving on the 19th of April if Lidia can't find anything before then. There is me and my boyfriend Matt sharing one room, and the other room is quite large and has its own bak mandi - it's v. nice.

We're in Bidau Santana, beside the canal. It's a 20 minute walk from the ANZ bank, to give you an idea of distance to something. At the moment the room is $200 USD per month, plus $25 for cleaner (we pay the same for our room), but it's possible our landlords (our neighbours) may want to put the price up a little when the other guys move out. Just have to wait and see. If they did want to put it up, we would probably ask for it to be no higher than $500, as I am a volunteer and we can't afford much more than $250 + $25 a month.
