I've been seeing a lot about how sleeping with Conrad will affect Belly's relationship with Jeremiah, and how people think the breakup will be because Jeremiah is mad that they slept together or something along those lines.

I think cheating or sleeping with Lacie is way more probable for season 3 because I can't see Jenny making who belly sleeps with a plot point in season 3. I think she is trying very hard to modernize her books and if she makes the reason Jeremiah breaks up with Belly because he is mad about her and Conrad sleeping together, I think she would be scared of Jeremiah's backlash. I think she is trying SO HARD to make Jeremiah more likable.

I think the Lacie storyline is more probable if she makes it clear that it wasn't cheating and they were on a break or something like that. But I see her ditching that storyline and making it about something else totally unrelated to sleeping with people. I just think she is trying to be politically correct and these don't make much sense.

The lyrics to "Heartbreak Hotel" were written by a steel guitar player who was once a dishwasher repairman. He was inspired by a newspaper story about a man who killed himself and left behind a note saying only, "I walk a lonely street."

"Whole Lotta Love" was Led Zeppelin's only US Top 10 hit, charting at #4. Many of their songs, including "Stairway To Heaven," were not released as singles, as it was considered bad form in the UK to make fans pay for singles that were also on albums.

Jeremiah is Belly's personal hype man. He cheers her up when she's down, knows what makes her smile and never fails to remind her when she's looking like a snack. It takes a real love interest to be open and honest about their feelings for the main character, and while Jeremiah holds his tongue on the "I love you's," his constant compliments and adoring glances at Belly speak for themselves. He's a man who isn't afraid to break down in a dance class to get Belly's nerves out and a smile on her face.

Jeremiah and Belly's relationship would be filled with hilarious adventures, romantic dates and many more driving lessons around Cousins. He's considerate, outgoing and capable of pushing Belly outside of her comfort zone to try new things. Take the bonfire scene: Jeremiah was so hyped when Belly arrived, ready to include her in all the fun and make her first summer hangout a night to remember. Still, Jeremiah was caring and conscious of Belly's nerves, taking care and comforting her when she needed a shoulder to lean on. Team Jelly all the way.

Now, the way Conrad treats Belly is...well, not how any girl should be treated. I acknowledge that Conrad goes through a really dark period with his family life and college applications, but he has no excuse to treat Belly the way he does. We see Conrad belittle Belly, make fun of her after her first date and "forget" her b-day present. However, we also see Conrad and Belly joke around, dance at the deb ball and share many tender moments together. With how I've seen Belly and Conrad act together, in those moments where they are alone and just so obviously in love, I cannot see them with anyone else.

When they were thirteen, though, he kissed her during a game of truth or dare when given the dare to kiss a random person in the group. They all band together, however, when learning of Mr. Fisher's plans to sell the house. Belly admits, to his shock, that a part of her heart will always love Conrad. However, she insists to Jeremiah that she loves him more. Jeremiah tells her that it simply isn't good enough for him. The two don't go through with the wedding and break up, but remain good friends and still care about one another.

In this chapter is foreshadowed, represented, and confirmed, the destruction of Jerusalem, by the breaking of a potter's vessel the prophet had in his hand; and by the place where he was bid to do this, and did it. The order for it, and the witnesses of it, and the place where it was done, are declared in Jer 19:1,2; the proclamation there of Jerusalem's ruin is made, Jer 19:3; the cause of it, their apostasy, idolatry, and shedding of innocent blood, Jer 19:4,5; the great slaughter of them by the sword and famine, Jer 19:6-9; and how easy, and irresistible, and irrecoverable, their destruction would be, are signified by the breaking of the bottle, Jer 19:10,11, when Jerusalem for its idolatry would become as defiled a place as Tophet, where the prophet was, Jer 19:12,13; from whence he came to the temple, and there repeated the proclamation of the evil that should come upon that city, and all the towns around it, Jer 19:14,15.

For literary context, we discover from the previous chapter that Jeremiah has just pronounced judgment upon the false prophet Hananiah. Hananiah had told the people that God would break the yoke of Babylon, freeing the people to return home, within two years. While his message undoubtedly sounded appealing to the people, it was a lie and resulted in God removing Hananiah from the face of the Earth (Jeremiah 28:15-17). Instead, Jeremiah tells the people they would live in Babylon for at least 70 years. Therefore, they should settle down, build houses, marry and even pray for the peace and prosperity of the city in which they now found themselves (Jeremiah 29:4-10).
