Responsible for researching customers disputes and negative balances for pre paid products.

Analyzing details for valid or fraudulent activity
·
Utilize and navigate the systems applicable to the product.
·
Responsible to follow established policies and procedures to meet all defined quality, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Graduates with 1-3 years of work experience or PG fresher’s (MBA, Mcom)
• Strong written communication skills and analytical skills.
• Experience in detecting fraud prevention is preferred
• Shift Timings:
6:30pm-3:00am
