关于update的疑问

为什么我经过urlencode后的content，在digu上显示的仍然是显示encode，难道没有decode?

另外，新旧API的Content-Type为何不一样？

旧：
HTTP/1.1 200 The request has succeeded

Content-Length: 415

新：
