Wenlin features an *index* of the multi-volume Chinese dictionary 汉语大词典, but not the real stuff.

This website can look up Chinese characters by their Unicodes or other indexes and displays facsimile pages of several major dictionaries: 汉语大字典, 中华字海, 汉语大词典, 现代汉语词典, 中华大字典, 康熙字典, etc., e.g.:
