DDB: Sanskrit-Chinese-Sanskrit dict

Can we include this list (with external links to DDB for Chinese terms) into Morpheus?

The list will be a valuable add-on to Prof. Karashima's glossaries, as these are usually not including Sanskrit sources.

On the other hand, with Prof. Karashima's critical method (and our own segmenter routine, i.e. an adapted version of cscanner026) we can probably add lots of new terminology to DDB which will win us the favor of Prof. Muller...

Sure I can, but wouldn't it be advisable to wait until some of the additional features such as user editing of dicts and the segmenter routine based on csanner026 are ready? These features will be helpful also for the DDB folks, and I want to "surprise" them with some new glossaries produced by our new tools. (Same in case of Prof. Karashima.)

I want to prepare a Chinese<>Sanskrit database from http://buddhism-dict.net/ddb/indexes/term-sa.html that can be imported into Morpheus.

At present, the html code structure is like this:

Is it ok if I rearrange this code in Excel in the following manner (dropping all unnecessary code that can be easily recreated 'on-the-fly', i.e. automatically) ?

As mentioned in my previous e-mail (via Yahoo): their copyright provisions refer to individual dictionary pages ("textual segments (nodes) of the DDB") 

"Please do not reproduce without permission" does not apply either when we only set (external) links which is always permissible.
