No, I can not read these links also. They have non-standard form ed2k://some-path, that is e-Donkey, or eMule. But it contains a .pdf file, i.e. scanned image, as far as I can see. So it useless for us

These are very useful reference dictionaries, even if we cannot exploit them immediately.
But I can use FineReader OCR (an excellent Russian software product) to convert PDF graphic files containing Chinese or mixed text into electronic text, althought his requires quite some effort.
A simpler approach is to extract the Latin or Cyrillic texts only (using OCR) and add the Chinese transcriptions using Google Translate (which is quite accurate, i.e. they have somehow converted these standard dictionaries for their purposes or drew the same info from other electronic sources which I'll still have to find...)

Personal names cited articles like this one are one of the reasons why I was interested in these dictionaries. However, since Google Translate is doing a very good job when it comes to translating personal names into or from Chinese (both Chinese and non-Chinese names), we should look for a possibility to include GT into Morpheus, as discussed earlier.
