Digits create image dataset starts and then stalls?

Hello I am new to digits, just install the latest container (digits:20.03-tensorflow-py3) and everything seems to be installed ok. I've pointed the interface to the folder with the images. It seems to find everything OK.When I go to create the data set, it reads the files, finds the three categories, and begins separating and building the datasets. Initially everything starts quickly, I have a Thunderbolt SSD drive, I9 processor and 32GB ram, my GPU is only a GTX1650, but for building the dataset I wouldn't think this should be that taxing? After about the first 30 seconds, the progress bars show activity but then everything seems to stall out and the completion times keep increasing. Any suggestions as to where I can look for clues?
