Hi All

I am hoping someone can assist me in debugging some issues I am having with digitemp.

In the example below I have a DS9490R USB 1-wire adapter connected to a single DS18B20+PAR in parasitic mode. I have also tested with 2 DS18B20+ in powered mode with the same results.

Walking the network finds the DS18B20 device however when I run a -i it halts at "Searching the 1-Wire LAN"

Note that "linuxbox" is a ubuntu 14.04 vm running under virtualbox on a Ubuntu 13.10 host.

Also note I have created a symlink from digitemp_DS2490 to digitemp

I have tested the wiring and sensor(s) on my router running a second DS9490R + digitemp optware package and it works so I don't think this is a wiring issue.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks

Hi All

I managed to solve this by building 3.7.1 pulled from gitbub.

I am now fighting udev permissions as i can currently only run digitemp as root..

3.7.1 clearly solves some issues with the DS9490R USB device. Thanks for the release.
