Cydia is great and makes the iPhone more valuable, customizable and less restricted. But why pay for some store to Jailbreak it for you, when I can teach you how to, yourself?!
Required Files
- RedSn0w (click to download)
- Download your IPSW (Your iPhone Version – simply search your iOS version ending with ‘IPSW Download”
To Download (Jailbreak)…. (do this while Red Sn0w is open... make sure to click "Jailbreak with Cydia (or something of the sort)
Once your iPhone is plugged in and OFF,
- Hold down the Corner (power button) for 3 seconds
- Without releasing the power button, also hold down the home button for 10 seconds
- Without releasing the home button, release the power button but KEEP HOLDING THE HOME BUTTON FOR 15 SECONDS. Your screen should flash, and your jailbreak should begin!
There you have it! Hope this helped! Remember never to update your iOS version, otherwise your jailbreak data will be removed. What is Jailbreaking? Jailbreaking gives you the option to get any apps for free — even payed ones, and lets you do all sorts of things to your iPhone you’re not allowed to do without Jailbreaking it. With Jailbreaking your iPhone is truly free and powerful.
NOTE: This doesn't seem to be working with iOS 5.1

What's up with all your quote and reply coding Shlomo? Lol delete the rest when you click reply under your post in the typing box. And did you ever try rooting an Android? Basically the same thing but not with Cydia...

Best answer I've heard. Androids don't even need Jailbreaking they do so much without that... not like iPhones which are better to jailbreak because they can't do that much.
