Starting Tuesday, December 9th, the 40 Meter FreeDV Activity Net will begin at 9 PM EST (0200Z Wednesday) on 7182 kHz +/- QRM. Hopefully, starting an hour earlier will alleviate the long skip problem experienced the past few weeks. If you cannot get there until 10PM, do not worry as the net will still be active for new check-ins. Typically, the net lasts 75 minutes to 90 minutes with participation of  up to 50 to 60 stations.
