Restore Panes (experimental) issue V1.9.2

Hi Mooneer

I have been trialling the option to restore panes. Before closing the screen was as below.

Sometimes (but not always) after restarting the screen is as below. Selecting any other Tab and then reselecting the Spectrum Tab restores the screen to the original layout. The frequency of occurance of this effect seems to be dependant on the image size on the screen. A smaller image seems to lead to more frequent occurances. OS is Windows 10 Home version 22H2, FreeDV 1.9.2 64 bit.

Hi Peter,

I'm able to duplicate it pretty consistently here and have a workaround (https://github.com/drowe67/freedv-gui/pull/548). This should hopefully end up in the next public build or release.
