Request for setting re USB/LSB

We are intending to use FreeDV RADE for EMCOMM in parts of Sweden on non amateur frequencies. All of our intended frequencies are below 10 MHz. Our authorities only allow USB for those frequencies. When we choose them the transceiver is usually changed to LSB, so we have to change it back to USB, which sometimes does not help all the time. Would it be possible to add a setting in Options/Rig Control, or other place, to not automatically change USB/LSB setting in the transceiver based on whether the frequency is below or above 10 MHz.

This actually already exists. If you go to Tools->Options->Rig Control, you'll see an option called "Enable frequency changes only":

Note that the mode indicator on the bottom will still highlight in red if using USB on 40 meters or below.
