IC-7300 setup

I am a bit confused about how to set up the IC-7300 audio.  I understand the need for two sound cards for transmit and receive operation.  Will the built in sound card in the 7300 work for the second sound card.  I can set up receive only but every time I try to set up for transmit, I get the message that I need an additional sound card.

I would appreciate some guidance on how to configure version 2.0.2 with the IC-7300.

Yes, the 7300’s digital interface will serve as 1 of the sound card requirements. The other would be your local mic and speakers, like a laptop, a headset, or a speakerphone type device.
