Dayton/Hamvention FreeDV/RADE booth volunteers request

Hello FreeDV Raders,

 

We are just a couple weeks away from Hamvention.  Walter, K5WH and Mel, K0PFX are looking for a few volunteers to help us in the booth while we take a break for a forum and/or visit to a vendor.    Any time between 9am and 4pm on any day over the 3-days 5-15 to 5-17 would be great.

 

Many visitors stopping by the booth will want to know what FreeDV is and what it sounds like.  We’ll have a couple demos running RADE so they can see it on the screen and listen to the audio.   

 

Hamvention gives a big opportunity to show the recent advances made in HF DV and add more users into the mode.
