Missing save and load configurations

Hello, FreeDV is great. 

The only thing missing is the ability to save and load configurations for different transceivers. Regards

The current config file is always saved on close of freedv.

Any config file can be loaded on start with:

freedv-gui -f <path_to_any_config_file_you_want_to_use>

I'm aware of the command line option but I think it would be useful for some sort of graphical interface to allow for creating, naming, and switching configurations. Both FlDigi and WSJT-X have this.

A significant barrier for users is that the configuration files are hidden. On Linux a dot file isn't normally shown, on macOS the ~/Library folder is hidden by default. (Not sure about Windows).

FreeDV uses the Registry on Windows by default. 

Re: feature request, see https://github.com/drowe67/freedv-gui/issues/1047. This will need to go through our normal process so I don't have any further updates right now.
