Coding skills request from CSI

Hi guys,

On reading Steve Stroh N8GNJ's "Zero Retries" blog,
there's an article on CSI looking for coders to add some
functionality.

Just letting you guys know.

And, read also the Emergency Comms needs after cyclone Ian.

As mentioned, the Caribbean nations have less restrictive regs
than the US, in the HF digital area.

My particular thought is "digital voice repeaters on HF".

Placed, a "skip" distance away from the affected area.
Perhaps one in every US state such that wherever the HF signal
comes back to earth, there's a transceiver.

And, these HF repeaters no not need a hilltop. (or tower)
