OpenWebRX, Digital Voice, Simple SDR

Hi all,

I've had success with OpenWebRX and the Mirics MSi3101 "Simple SDR"
driver from Github.

This means, a web based receiver can demodulate your Codec2 transmission
at times when nobody is on air.

The Python code in OpenWebRX is a bit finicky, especially when
Python is not your "first language".

I intend to put my mods etc. on Github under AlanVK2ZIW, in the meanwhile,
