Issues with FreeeDV

Hi friends
I have some issues with FreeDV and hope that anybody can help me with that issue and maybe show me the right way to fix it!?
When I start it up the Radio Freq is filled with weird frequency's (see picture)
If I select the transmit freq on the radio to 3.646 Mhz and transmit the reporter register 36.400.000 Mhx (see picture)
When I enter a frequency in Mhz and press add, it alters it to something else:-(
Enter 3.000 it gets 3.0000, so its seems to be OK
Enter 3.6 it gets 36.0000
Enter 3.64 it gets 364.0000
Enter 3.646 it gets 3.646.0000

What hamlib version?

What operating system exactly?

How is CAT setup and does it work with other CAT applications?

Hi Christian,

This might be an issue with the regional settings on Windows. Take a look at the instructions at https://groups.google.com/g/digitalvoice/c/_S4Li70kEN4/m/JsVi1cWBAgAJ and let me know if those help.
