Hi Siva, Niraj, Sabita,
Below we have listed out the topics discussed as
well as the action items that we agreed upon in today's meeting:

1) Discussion about weeklies: Got a feedback that the weekly report
was better than the last one. But, still can be improved. It will be
helpful for us in the future if the contents are in detail.
2)We should keep a track of where are we spending our time and whether
we can manage our time more effectively.
3)Discussion regarding the simulations which we ran in the last week.
Whenever we come across an unbounded situation, it should be
clarified.
4)Each day we have to send a report of the simulation done in that day.

Action Items:

1)Simulate transistor as resistor.
2)Simulation of different gates: INVERTER, NAND, NOR, EX-OR. Wp+Wn=700nm.
3)Design gates which are optimal w.r.t delay.
4)How much could be the delay if nmos width=pmos width=300nm.
5)Why nmos is 17% faster.
6)Laptop for DD4 team.
7)MOM template.
