Hi Rajesh,

          I have carried out the simulations for the above schematic. The schematic was modified such that the circuit acts as an inverter as shown in the image. The simulation results have been updated in the Lilliput Project drive. Please go through it and give your valuable inputs.

Hi Rajesh, Siva, Niraj,

             I have carried out the simulations for the boolean expression (A+B+CD)! for both the corners and for the gate length 30n and 50n. The simulations have been carried out giving each inputs individually, such that the remaining inputs are configured in such a way that the circuit acts as an inverter. Simulations have been done considering all the possible cases. The results for different cases are updated in google drive. Please go through it and revert back if any change is required in the convention used in documentation. Also give your valuable inputs regarding the simulation data.
