Job position: Senior Mainframe Full-Stack.

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, on-site. Local With DL.

Long-term contract.

Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Mainframe Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and ChangeMan. A candidate should have hands-on experience in impact analysis, documentation, application enhancements, data validation, and development of new Mainframe components in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform impact analysis and prepare detailed technical documentation
Modify existing COBOL programs to support new business requirements
Develop new COBOL programs for data validation and processing
Create and maintain DB2 tables and related database objects
Develop programs to retrieve and validate data from DB2 tables
Create and maintain VSAM files for business requirements
Manage code migration and version control using ChangeMan
Collaborate with business and technical teams in Agile projects
