Role: Lead .NET Programmer 5 (PR5)

Location: Columbus, OH – 100% Onsite
Duration: Long-Term Contract.

Interview Mode: In-Person

Role Overview:

The consultant will work closely with IT leadership, project managers, business analysts, QA and fellow developers in an Agile environment. This is a hands-on development role focused on converting and developing enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and SQL Server.

The consultant will also participate in:
✔ Architecture & design
✔ Requirements gathering
✔ Coding & unit testing
✔ Demoing application changes
✔ Deployment
✔ Mentoring junior developers
✔ Production support

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and rewrite legacy apps into .NET Core applications.
Implement software solutions aligned to N-Tier architecture and coding standards.
Create and maintain Web APIs and MVC components.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, user-friendly solutions.
Support application deployments and troubleshoot production issues.
Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers.
Work on multiple concurrent projects and manage priorities.
