Job Title: SAP HCM Functional Consultant

Location:  Charlotte, NC & Waltham, MA (On-Site)

Duration: Long-term Contract Role.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP HR solutions, particularly in areas like Personnel Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management. The role involves collaborating closely with HR business partners to design, implement, and troubleshoot SAP HCM functionalities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and extensive experience with SAP HCM modules and SuccessFactors.

Primary Skills:

• Organization Management and Personnel Administration within SAP HCM
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients, HR teams, and leadership
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements for HCM processes
• Proficiency with SAP PA, Payroll, and Benefits modules
• Basic knowledge of SuccessFactors

Secondary Skills:

• Experience as an SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant
• Functional and technical expertise in Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Succession)
• Experience with logical databases and infotypes
• Knowledge of time management and attendance modules
• Skills in HCM Functionalities, preparing high-quality functional specifications
• Proficiency in developing and enhancing Payroll Functions, Operations, and Features within SAP HCM
• Experience in creating and enhancing infotypes for Personnel Administration (PA)
• Experience with SuccessFactors implementation across full project life cycles
• Knowledge of employee life cycle and payroll processes

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze SAP HCM solutions based on business requirements
• Collaborate closely with SAP HR business partners to deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP HCM functionalities
• Propose robust solutions to meet functional needs
• Work independently with user groups to define business needs and potential solutions
• Meet deadlines and make effective decisions while balancing conflicting requirements
