i am looking for talks - videos and mp3s on electronic literature in
another language than English.
readings are also possible. all languages besides English are
accepted.

I sent several video captures of French syntactic animation of the 1980's
onj youtube. You can find them using the keyword epoetfr
I have also an on line book in French (there exists no printed version of
it) on digital literature, that mostly focues on digital poetry:

and of course many papers, but it is certainly not what you are interested
in
