ห้องสมุด Reading Room มีการจัดเสวนาทุกสองเดือน
ในหัวข้อห้องสมุดและการเก็บข้อมูล (archive)
โดยในแต่ละครั้งจะเชิญวิทยากรจากสาขาต่างๆ
มาแสดงความคิดเห็นในแง่มุมที่หลากหลาย ทั้งในด้านสังคมศาสตร์ ศิลปะ
สถาปัตยกรรม วรรณกรรม ดนตรี ภาพยนตร์ ประวัติศาสตร์ และปรัชญา
เพื่อเป็นการสร้างบทสนทนาและแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ระหว่างสาขาต่างๆ
การเสวนาครั้งที่สองนี้ จะเป็นการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ในสาขาประวัติศาสตร์
และสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์
อาจารย์ฉลอง สุนทราวาณิชย์

อาจารย์ฉลองมีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านประวัติศาสตร์ไทย

อาจารย์อนุสรณ์ ติปยานนท์
นักเขียน และอาจารย์พิเศษคณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร
อาจารย์อนุสรณ์จะมาเสวนาในหัวข้อ " สถาปัตยกรรมในฐานะพิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งความ

The Reading Room Talk Series II
Chalong Soontravanich + Anusorn Tipayanon
Saturday 8 May 2010, 3pm
The Reading Room's main event is a year-long talk series based on the
interpretation of the idea of archive and library from diverse
perspective of scholars and distinguished guests. The event will take
place every other month starting from February to December of 2010.
The six-part talk series covers the fields of art, social science,
architecture, literature, music, film, history and philosophy.
The second of this series sees the dialogue between history and architecture.
Chalong Soontravanich
Associate Professor, Department of History, Faculty of Arts,
Chulalongkorn University. Assoc. Prof. Chalong's expertise lies in
Thai and Southeast Asian history.
Anusorn Tipayanon
Writer and visiting lecturer, Faculty of Architecture, Silpakorn
University. Anusorn will elaborate on the idea of " Architecture as a
Museum of Memory".
NOTE: The talk will be conducted in Thai.
