Wordpress Theme Developer required

Hello digital folks,

We need some help here at Gallomanor. Our current freelance theme developer has succumbed to the temptation of a steady full-time salary and we need a replacement.

We're looking for someone with HTML and .css skills who can take a basic design and work it into a WP theme for our existing system. For example creating http://imageoscientist.eu/ from http://imascientist.org.uk/

The person needs to be used to working in a team and be familiar with subversion. 

Added bonuses would be experience in developing responsive designs themes and coming up with sweet improvements to the UX.

Another bonus would be experience of supporting nginx, virtualmin and mysql to provide back-up support.

The work averages out at about a day a week over the year.

We're based in the centre of Bath so someone local would be handy but not essential.
