Wow, where did the month go? So sorry for this late reminder but it totally slipped my mind that I did not send out a reminder about our Digital Future Operations and Services working group meeting Monday, March 21, Holton Hall 180, 2:00pm - 4:00pm.

The agenda for the meeting is to continue working in your small groups to finish the following tasks:
Task 1
Finish off the tasks from the last meeting pertaining to developing a short vision statement, identifying items of greatest impact, prioritize items and put into time frames, and document your discussions/decisions in the Google docs for your group listed here:

If you have not self-selected into a group, please do so by Monday. Also, if your group has not documented their discussions in the above Google docs, please make sure this completed by Monday.

We only have two meetings left so need to make sure we enough details worked out for those items of greatest impact to be included in the report that will be out in May. This will be our last working meeting. I would like to spent our meeting in April having each group informally present their items of greatest impact and the environmental scans and best practices on these topics. Give the rest of the group an opportunity to hear what everyone has been working on, ask some questions and tie things up.
